1. Services

We offer customized advisory sessions for residential and commercial property acquisitions. Booking a session requires full payment in advance. You may cancel a scheduled session at least 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made within this period may be rescheduled once at no extra charge, subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are not eligible for reimbursement due to resources reserved on your behalf.

2. Information Products

Vestoria offers digital guides and templates to support due diligence and contract review. Upon purchase, an electronic file will be delivered to your email. All sales of information products are final and not eligible for reimbursement. Please review the product details carefully before purchase.

3. Goods

Printed materials such as guides may be available for purchase. You may request a reimbursement within 14 days of receipt if the item is unused and in its original packaging. To request a reimbursement, contact us via the Contact Form with your order details. Upon approval, we will process the reimbursement to the original payment method within 10 business days. You are responsible for outbound shipping costs when sending goods back for a reimbursement.

4. Payment and Reimbursement Policy

Payments may be made through the methods indicated at checkout. Fees are exclusive of any processing charges. For services, reimbursements will be processed to the same method used for payment. For information products, reimbursements are not offered. For goods, refer to section 3.

If you reschedule a service at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, your fee will be applied to the new appointment. No credit or substitution is available for unattended sessions.

5. Liability

Our total obligation under these terms is limited to the fee paid for the relevant service, information product, or good. We disclaim any indirect harm or unintended effects arising from the use of our advisory.
